Bei der ausgeschriebenen Maßnahme handelt es sich um die Trockenbauarbeiten für den geplanten Ausbau des Sockelgeschosses und des Erdgeschosses Bettenhauses des St. Franziskus Krankenhauses in Ahlen. Zusätzlich handelt es sich um die Trockenbauarbeiten für den neuen Eingeschossigen Erweiterungsbau, welcher an das Sockelgeschoss des Bettenhauses angeschlossen wird. Ziel der Maßnahme ist es, das Sockelgeschoss für die Pädiatrie und das Erdgeschoss für die Geburtsheilkunde auszubauen.
