Description

Trockenbauarbeiten (M23+33) Im Zuge der umfassenden Sanierungsmaßnahmen im Gebäude A der Universität Konstanz fallen Trockenbauarbeiten an. Die Verbindungsbrücke zwischen Geb. A und Geb. V auf der Ebene A06 wird komplett saniert. Neben Dach-und Fassadenarbeiten werden im Trockenbau neue F90-Trennwände und Vorsatzschalen gestellt, weiter ist ein Trockenestrich vorgesehen. Auf Ebene A2 soll außerdem der Raum A250 entsprechend den Anforderungen aus dem Brandschutzkonzept von den angrenzenden Räumen abgetrennt werden. Die raumabschließenden Bauteile (Wände und Decken) sollen eine Feuerwiderstandsdauer von 90 Minuten aufweisen. Dazu wird eine raumabschließende Decke im Trockenbau eingebaut. Ferner werden die bauseitigen Stahlstützen und die vorhandenen Lüftungsleitungen mit Gips- bzw. Kalziumsilikatplatten bekleidet Die Arbeiten werden im laufenden Universitätsbetrieb durchgeführt. Positionen: Ca. 70 m2 Trockenestrich und Unterboden Ca. 40 m2 Wandbekleidungen und Vorsatzschalen Ca. 70 m2 Dachschalung Ca. 65 m2 Freitragende Decke F90 Ca. 100 m Stützenbekleidung F90 Ca. 40 m2 Baustellenwand F90 2 x fahrbares Gerüst
