Description

Geplant ist eine energetische Sanierung und Erweiterung des bestehenden Energiemuseums auf dem Kraftwerk Mitte Gelände in Dresden. Die Sanierung des Gebäudes dient der Aufwertung des Gebäudes als Museum. Der Neubau nimmt Büros, Foyer mit Veranstaltungsraum, eine Sanitäranlage sowie einen Erschließungskern auf. Vor dem Museum entsteht ein Vorplatz sowie eine Bestand und Neubau verbindende Außentreppenanlage. Die Gebäude haben folgende Abmessungen: • Bestandsgebäude L x B: ca. 28,00 m x 18,85 m • Neubau L x B: ca. 18,05 m x 17,50 m (27,00 m Auskragung 3.OG) Hier geht es um folgende Leistungen: - Wärmedämmschicht zw. Sparren Mineralwolle 0,035W/(mK) D 180mm Sparrenabst. 80-90cm, <3,6 kg/m²: ca. 550 m² - Wärmedämmschicht Anarbeiten an Dachkonstruktion: ca. 160 m - Luftdichtheitsschicht feuchtevariabel,sd,min ≤ 0,3 m; sd,max ≥ 23 m: ca. 550 m² - Luftdichtheitsschicht an versch. Untergründe anarbeiten (Mauerwerk, Stahlfachwerk): ca. 350 m - Bekleidung der Dachschräge mit Gipspl. einl. 12,5 mm, einschließlich UK und Lagesicherung Dämmung: ca. 550 m² - Tischlerarbeiten: Traufgesims aus Holz zur Bekleidung des Traufanschlusses: ca. 90 m - Gerüste: fahrbare Arbeitsbühnen, Gerüst oberhalb Treppenraum - Bauteilbezogene Luftdichtheitsmessung - „Blower-Door-Messung“ zum Nachweis der Luftdichtheit der Dachkonstruktion, einschl. aller erforderlichen Nebenarbeiten zur Durchführung der Messung
