Description

Los 20 - Trockenbauarbeiten In der Lutherstadt Eisleben soll das denkmalgeschützte Schulgebäude "Ehemalige Grabenschule" zum Bürgerrathaus umgebaut, instandgesetzt, modernisiert und erweitert werden. Die Baustelle befindet sich in der Stadtstraße "Grabenstraße" Hausnummer 39 bis 43 und ist über diese auch erschlossen. In Gewerkelos 20 sind Trockenbauarbeiten im Bestandsgebäude und den Anbau auszuführen. Es sind Wandkonstruktionen, Verkofferungen und Deckenkonstruktionen sowie Brandschutzbeplankungen von Holzkonstruktionen herzustellen. Die erforderlichen Arbeitsgerüste werden durch den Auftraggeber bauseits gestellt. Folgende Leistungen sind im Los 11- Dachdeckerarbeiten -Bestandsgebäude zu erbringen: Bestandsgebäude 172m2 Metall-Einfachständerwand, d=150 mm, Typ GMFH1 695m2 Metall-Einfachständerwand, d=150mm, 60 dB, F30-A 145m2 Metall-Einfachständerwand, d=150mm, 60 dB, F90-A 410m2 Metall-Einfachständerwand, d=125mm, 54 dB, F0 7m2 Metall-Einfachständerwand, d=100 mm, Typ GMFH1 240m² Zulage 2. Lage Beplankung als GKBI, imprägniert 355m2 Installationswand, Typ GMFH1 225m2 Vorsatzschale, d=75,0mm, Typ GMFH1 65St Türöffnung anlegen 30m UA-Profile 50 504m UA-Profile 75 210m2 Inst. Schacht/Verkofferung HLSE, d=100,0mm 1205m2 Deckenbekleidung, F 60-B, mit 2x 12,5 mm GKF, 12cm 45m2 freitragende, selbständige Brandschutzdecke, F 90-A, 2x 20,0 275m2 Montagedecke, mit 2x 12,5 mm 306m2 Sonderverspachtelung Gipsplatten, Q3 6St Raumzelle, F60, freitragend, nicht begehbar bis 765cm/380cm/275cm 365m2 Zulage Mineralfaserdämmung WLG 035, D=60mm 7St Türöffnungen in Raumzellen Anbau 18m2 Inst.
