Description

Die Stadt Monheim am Rhein ist eine mittlere kreisangehörige Stadt im Kreis Mettmann mit ca. 43.000 Einwohnern. Sie führt derzeit die Erweiterung der Armin-Maiwald-Schule (AMS) in Monheim durch. Die Maßnahme umfasst mehrere miteinander verzahnte Bauabschnitte (Neubau N2 sowie Umbau- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen in den Bestandsgebäuden A1 und A2), die teilweise parallel ausgeführt werden und terminlich eng aufeinander abgestimmt sind. Die Trockenbauarbeiten stellen hierbei ein zentrales Gewerk dar, da sie sowohl für den Innenausbau der Neubauten als auch für die brandschutz- und schallschutzrelevanten Abtrennungen in den Bestandsgebäuden erforderlich sind und ihr Fertigstellungszeitpunkt unmittelbare Auswirkungen auf die bauaufsichtliche Abnahme und die Inbetriebnahme der Schule hat. Gegenstand dieses Ausschreibungsverfahrens sind Trockenbauarbeiten gemäß Leistungsverzeichnis.
