Das Universitätsklinikum Münster beabsichtigt den Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung über die Miete, Service und Installation von Wasserspendern (Los 1) sowie die ständige Bereitstellung von PET Flaschen (Los 2) um die stetige Versorgung mit Trinkwasser am Universitätsklinikum effizienter und effektiver zu gestalten und die bereits hohen hygienischen Standards weiter zu verbessern. Der Auftragnehmer erbringt alle Leistungen, die für eine ordnungsgemäße, termingerechte und sichere Durchführung erforderlich sind. Dazu zählen insbesondere die Bereitstellung erforderlicher De- und Montagearbeiten im geringen Umfang sowie die Einhaltung sämtlicher Arbeitsschutz-, Sicherheits- und Hygienebestimmungen. Während der Vertragslaufzeit können weitere Liegenschaften hinzukommen oder entfallen. Bei der Planung ist zu berücksichtigen, dass nicht alle Gebäude über Aufzüge verfügen und der laufende Klinikbetrieb zu keinem Zeitpunkt beeinträchtigt werden darf. Die ausgeschriebene Leistung beinhaltet nach aktueller Kalkulation die Lieferung und Bereitstellung von 50 Wasserspendern über die Gesamtlaufzeit sowie den Abruf von ca. 30.000 PET-Wasserflaschen pro Monat, sofern sich alle 50 Wasserspender zeitgleich im Einsatz befinden. Voraussichtlich wird der Vertragsbeginn Anfang des dritten Quartals 2026 erfolgen. Dieses Datum dient jedoch nur als Orientierungswert.
