Description

Im Zuge der Neuordnung der Luftrettung in Baden-Württemberg wird der Standort des Rettungshubschraubers Christoph 41 dauerhaft von Leonberg an die BG Klinik Tübingen verlegt. Daher soll auf dem Grundstück der BG Klinik Tübingen ein Luftrettungszentrum zur Stationierung des Rettungshubschraubers mit Flugbetriebsfläche, Hangar, Betankungsanlage, Mannschafts- und Sozialräumen der Besatzung und weiterer üblicher Infrastruktureinrichtungen einer Rettungshubschrauber-Station installiert werden. Die BG Klinik Tübingen wird bei der Errichtung des Luftrettungszentrums durch den Kostenträger DGUV unterstützt. Das Luftrettungszentrum wird als vom Erdboden erhöhte Konstruktion im südöstlichen Bereich des Grundstücks der BG Klinik Tübingen errichtet. Die Plattformhöhe beträgt ca. 16m über Gelände. Als vorbereitende Maßnahmen sind Arbeiten zur Anpassung und Neuerstellung verkehrstechnischer und ingenieurbaulicher Anlagen notwendig. Die Neubaumaßnahmen umfassen die Hubschrauberplattform mit Vorflugfläche und einen Hangar mit Betankungsanlage. Werkstatt- und Montagepläne Standsicherheitsnachweis, Gerüst Gerüstkontrollgang Gerüstarbeiten in 4 Phasen: Pro Phase teils mit Auf und Abbau Phase 1: Fassadengerüst, Lastklasse 4, W09 - ca. 900 m² Schachtgerüste, Lastklasse 4 - ca. 765 m³ Treppenturm, LK 4, an Fassadengerüst - ca. 15 m Phase 2: Raumgerüst, Lastklasse 4, Auf- und Abbau - ca. 6.500 m³ Raumgerüst Gebrauchsüberlassung - ca. 400.000 m³Wo Überbrückung, Schwerlast-Gitterträger - ca. 200 m Schwerlast-Fachwerkträger - ca. 150 m Fassadengerüst, Lastklasse 3, W06 - ca. 900 m² Treppenturm, vorgebaut, mehrere Podeste - ca. 25,5 m Material-, Personenaufzug, 500 kg, bis 25,50 m Treppenturm, LK 4, an Fassadengerüst - ca. 15 m Phase 3: Fassadengerüst, Lastklasse 4, W09 - ca. 2.235 m² Innengerüst, Lastklasse 4, W09 - ca. 450 m² Phase 4: Fassadengerüst, Lastklasse 4, W09 - ca 500 m² Raumgerüst, Steg, Lastklasse 4 - ca. 310 m³ Fassadengerüst, Flachdach Bestand, Lastklasse 4, W09 - ca. 150 m²
