Gerüstarbeiten - Neubau Kita Nalbach-Piesbach Bei dem Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um den Neubau einer eingeschossigen Kindertagesstätte im Ortsteil Piesbach der Gemeinde Nalbach. Das Baugrundstück befindet sich in der Hauptstraße in Piesbach hinter einer bestehenden Wohnbebauung. Zwischen den Hausnummern 9 und 13 gibt es eine Baustellenzufahrt, über welche das Grundstück erschlossen wird. Bei dem eingeschossige Baukörper mit einer Grundfläche von etwa 1.900 m2 handelt es sich um ein Massivbauwerk aus Kalksandstein mit Wärmedämmverbundsystem und Putzfassade. Das Satteldach wird zum größten Teil als Nagelbinder- und Kaltdach ausgeführt. Lediglich der vordere Gebäudeteil, in dem sich die Technikebene befindet, ist als gedämmtes Sparrendach mit Gaube geplant. Im Bereich der Bistros und dem Mehrzweckraum wird es zwei Teilbereiche geben, welche als Flachdach ausgebildet werden. Im Inneren des Gebäudes werden sowohl Kindergarten- als auch Krippengruppen untergebracht, sodass eine altersübergreifende Betreuung gewährleistet ist.
