Die ausgeschiebenen Gerüstbauarbeiten beinhalten Leistungen wie folgt -umlaufende freistehende Stahlrohrgerüste außen im Zuge des Holzbaus und danach vor dem Flucht- bzw. Wartungssteg Aufbau geschoßweise in 2-3 Abschnitten jeweils den Gewerken "Holzbau" und "Metallbau" folgend, ca. 2.940 m2 - Stahlrohrgerüste innen im Bereich Treppenhaus, ca. 50 m2 bzw. 118 m3 Ausführungstermine: Fassadengerüste 28.09.26 - 23.11.26 bzw. 02.11.26 - 12.02.27 Raumgerüst TRH 29.03.27 - 28.04.27 Projekt: Erweiterungsneubau der Zeppelin- Realschule Singen gegenüber dem bestehenden Schulgebäude Die Maßnahme wird gefördert aus dem "Kommunalen Sanierungsfond für die Sanierung von Schulgebäude" und aus dem "Startchancenprogramm" des Landes. Erweiterungsbau: dreigeschossiges, nichtunterkellertes Holzbaugebäude mit Massivkern. Umlaufende Flucht- und Wartungsbalkone aus Gitterrosten mit vorgehängten Netzgeweben, die partiell begünt werden. In dem Erweiterungsgebäude untergebracht werden - Mensa (Speisesaal, Ausgabe- und Spülküche) - Unterrichtsräume Technik mit dazugehörendem Maschinenraum - MINT-Räume (Biologie, Chemie und Physik) - 4 Klassenräume - Flure und erforderliche Neben- und Technikräume - Lüftungsanlage Flachdach als sogenanntes Retentionsdach und aufgeständerten PV-Anlage, Medienerschließung über das bestehende Schulgebäude.
