Rahmenvereinbarung über den Kauf von Geflügelfleisch (frisch/TK) und die Belieferung der hochschulgastronomischen Einrichtungen Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Auftragnehmer über den Kauf von Geflügelfleisch frisch und die Belieferung der hochschulgastronomischen Einrichtungen in Regensburg, Passau, Deggendorf, Landshut, Straubing und Pfarrkirchen. Bei Anlieferung sind die vorgegebenen Abladestellen pro Dienststelle und deren Annahmezeiten zu beachten. Alle angebotenen Produkte müssen während der Vertragslaufzeit dauerhaft verfügbar und innerhalb von maximal 3 Arbeitstagen lieferbar sein. Einzige Ausnahme ist die Abkündigung eines Produktes durch den Hersteller. In diesem Fall muss der Auftragnehmer unverzüglich und unaufgefordert einen vergleichbaren Ersatzartikel anbieten.
