Description

Der Freistaat Bayern, vertreten durch das Amt für Ländliche Entwicklung (ALE) Oberpfalz, schreibt die Unterhaltsreinigung (LOS 1) sowie die Glas- und Rahmenreinigung (LOS 2) aus. Die UHR (Los 1) umfasst eine Grundreinigungsfläche von ca. 4.319,97 m² und eine Jahresreinigungsfläche in Höhe von ca. 328,441,11 m². Die GRR (Los 2) umfasst eine Grundreinigungsfläche von ca. 1.731,29 m² und eine Jahresreinigungsfläche in Höhe von ca. 3.462,58 m². Der Zuschlag erfolgt für die UHR Los 1 auf Grundlage der Freien Verhältniswahl 40 % Preis und 60 % Leistung. Der Zuschlag erfolgt für die GRR Los 2 auf den niedrigsten Preis. Die angestrebte Vertragslaufzeit beträgt bis zu 5 Jahre. Eine Objektbesichtigung ist fakultativ (freiwillig) möglich. Näheres zur Anmeldefrist siehe Vergabeunterlagen. Die UHR des Verwaltungsgebäudes umfasst eine Jahresreinigungsfläche in Höhe von ca. 328.441,11 m².; Die Glas und Rahmenreinigung inkl. Falze und Beschläge umfasst eine Jahresreinigungsfläche in Höhe von ca. 3.462,58 m².
