Das Technologie und Förderzentrum (TFZ) in Straubing schreibt die Unterhaltsreinigung sowie die Glas- und Rahmenreinigung für ihre Gebäude im Kompetenzzentrum für nachwachsende Rohstoffe aus. Für Los 1 Unterhaltsreinigung beläuft sich die Grundfläche auf rund 6.890m². Für Los 2 Glas- und Rahmenreinigung beläuft sich die Grundfläche auf rund 2.008m². Die angestrebte Vertragslaufzeit beträgt 4 Jahre. Der Vertrag kommt mit Erteilung des Zuschlags zustande. Die Leistungspflicht beginnt mit Zuschlag, nicht jedoch vor dem 12.08.2024. Der Vertrag verlängert sich um ein weiteres Jahr, wenn er nicht mit einer Frist von neun Monaten vor Vertragsende gekündigt wird, endet jedoch spätestens mit Ablauf des 31. August 2029.
