Description

Heizungstechnik Das Schlossensemble soll zukünftig als Kultur- und Bildungsstätte dienen. Für diese geplante Nutzung bieten das Schloss sowie dessen Nebengebäude hervorragende Möglichkeiten für unterschiedlichste Bildungs- und Veranstaltungsformate. Die Ausschreibung umfasst mehrere Bauabschnitte und ist daher in 3 Titel unterteilt: Schloss NPS-Maßnahme Schloss Ausbau Schlossanbau Das Schloss und der Schlossanbau werden komplett saniert. Im Rahmen der Sanierung sind zunächst grundlegende Arbeiten an den vorhandenen Baukonstruktionen erforderlich, wie z.B. Maßnahmen zur Gründungsertüchtigung, Instandsetzung der tragenden Bauteile, Instandsetzung und Ertüchtigung des Dachtragwerks, Neueindeckung der Dächer. Im weiteren Verlauf erfolgen umfassende Um- und Ausbaumaßnahmen. Die vorhandenen, nicht mehr in Nutzung befindlichen, haustechnischen Anlagen in den Gebäuden werden in Gänze zurück gebaut und neu hergestellt.
