Description

Ziel dieser Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss eines EVB-IT Systemlieferungsvertrages mit einem Unternehmen für den Kauf von A3 Multifunktionsgeräten und der hinzugehörigen Management- und Authentifikationslösung inkl. Lieferung, Installation, Integration, Schulung, Dokumentation, Softwarepflege und Instandhaltung auf Basis einer Klickpreisvereinbarung für mindestens 60 Monate. Lieferung von neuen A3 Multifunktionsgeräten für die Dienststellen und Kliniken der Deutschen Rentenversicherung Rheinland-Pfalz mit folgendem Leistungsumfang: - 77 A3 Farbmultifunktionsgeräte inkl. Erweiterungsoptionen - Managementsoftware - 150 Lizenzen für MFP-Geräte der Authentifikationslösung - Lieferung - Installation und Integration - Schulung - Dokumentation Instandhaltung und Pflege für mindestens 60 Monate. Es wird von einer Einsatzzeit von sieben Jahren ausgegangen. Die Abrechnung der Instandhaltung erfolgt auf Basis einer Klickpreisvereinbarung ("Service All-In") mit einem monatlich kalkulierten Druckvolumen von 286.000 A4 Seiten monochrom und 30.500 A4 Seiten color.
