Description
Gegenstand des Auftrages ist die Open Source-Komponente „PHPStan“, ein statisches Open Source Code-Analyse-Tool, das die Entwicklung von Software in der branchenübergreifend weit verbreitet verwendeten Programmiersprache „PHP“ unterstützt. „PHPStan“ analysiert Code bereits in der Entwicklungsphase und identifiziert dabei beispielsweise potenzielle Schwachstellen, Programmierfehler und inkonsistente Strukturen. Im Rahmen mehrerer Arbeitspakete umfasst der Auftrag insbesondere die Weiterentwicklung und technische Verbesserung von Analysemethoden von PHP-Code, um potentielle Sicherheitslücken und Risikopotentiale moderner PHP-Softwareentwicklung frühzeitig zu erkennen. Ziel dieser Leistung ist es, insgesamt die Sicherheit, Stabilität und Vertrauenswürdigkeit digitaler Infrastrukturen im öffentlichen Interesse nachhaltig zu stärken.
