Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung, Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Einweisung eines invertierten Konfokalmikroskops mit Flächendetektor zur 4D-Charakterisierung von Organoiden. 4D umfasst die zeitaufgelöste Erfassung von dreidimensionalen Probenvolumina, insbesondere lebender Zellen, Organoide, Zellaggregate und Gewebemodelle. Das System soll schnelle konfokale Fluoreszenzbildgebung mit hoher Nachweisempfindlichkeit, geringer Phototoxizität und guter späterer Erweiterbarkeit ermöglichen. Das System soll technisch so vorbereitet sein, dass eine Aufrüstung auf 2-Photonen-Anregung erlaubt. Der Laser soll als Option mit angeboten werden.
