Rahmenvereinbarung Fahrradleasing mit einer Laufzeit von 36 Monaten mit der Option der Verlängerung um 1 Jahr. Im Rahmen des Tarifvertrages zur Entgeltumwandlung zum Zwecke des Leasings von Fahrrädern im kommunalen Dienst (TV-Fahrradleasing) vom 01.03.2021 möchte die Stadt Euskirchen allen Beschäftigten und Beamten ein Dienstrad im Rahmen einer Leasingvereinbarung ermöglichen. Leasinggegenstand ist die Bereitstellung von Fahrrädern im Rahmen des Leasings (Teilamortisierungsleasing) gemäß TV-Fahrradleasing zum Zweck der Überlassung an Beschäftigte und Beamte zur dienstlichen und privaten Nutzung einschließlich der Versicherungs- und Serviceleistungen. Hier insbesondere die Abwicklung der Bestell-, Rückgabe- und Schadensabwicklungsprozesse, Wartungen und Reparaturen sowie Störfallmanagement. Bei dem Leasinggegenstand darf es sich ausschließlich um neue, den Originalherstellerangaben entsprechende Fahrräder handeln. Die Rahmenvereinbarung umfasst soll eine Laufzeit von 36 Monaten umfassen, mit der Möglichkeit einer Optionsfrist um 1 Jahr. Die einzelnen Leasingverträge haben jeweils eine Laufzeit von 36 Monaten gem. TV-Leasing. Die Einzelleasingverträge sind auch nach Ablauf der Laufzeit der Rahmvereinbarung ordnungsgemäß zu erfüllen und dürfen nicht gekündigt werden. Geschätzte Abnahmemenge: 104 Fahrräder
