Description

Rahmenvereinbarung über die Nutzung eines Dienstrad-Leasings. Rahmenvereinbarung über die Nutzung eines Dienstrad-Leasings für die Beschäftigten der Gemeinde Wandlitz. Das Angebot soll für alle Beschäftigten gelten, die in einem aktiven und unbefristeten Beschäftigungsverhältnis stehen. Derzeit befinden sich ca. 380 Beschäftigte der Gemeinde Wandlitz in einem unbefristeten Beschäftigungsverhältnis. Eine interne Umfrage ergab, dass ca. 40 Beschäftigte das Angebot nutzen werden. Hieraus ergibt sich keine Anspruchsgrundlage zur Abnahme von Fahrrädern. Eine Mindestabnahmemenge wird ausdrücklich nicht vereinbart. Die Anzahl der Verträge richtet sich nach dem tatsächlichen Bedarf. Die Vertragslaufzeit beträgt 48 Monate. Der Gemeinde Wandlitz sollen alle Leistungen wie das Leasinggeschäft, die Versicherung der Fahrräder, die jährliche Wartung der Fahrräder sowie die Abwicklung der Bestell-, Rückgabe- und Schadenabwicklungsprozesse zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
