Gegenstand der Vergabe ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung über das Leasing von Dienstfahrrädern für die Beschäftigten sowie kommunalen Beamtinnen und Beamten des Landkreises Schweinfurt, des Tourismus-Zweckverbandes Schweinfurt 360° und des Zweckverbandes Musikschule Schweinfurt Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung über das Dienstradleasing für die dienstradberechtigten Beschäftigten sowie Beamtinnen und Beamten des Landkreises Schweinfurt, des Tourismus-Zweckverbandes Schweinfurt 360° und des Zweckverbandes Musikschule Schweinfurt. Die Leistung umfasst insbesondere die Bereitstellung leasingfähiger Fahrräder im Sinne des § 63a StVZO einschließlich ggf. leasingfähigen Zubehörs, die Abwicklung der Einzel-Leasingverträge, eine digitale Portallösung sowie Versicherungs-, Wartungs-, Inspektions-, Mobilitäts-, Störfall-, Service-, Abrechnungs-, Rückgabe- und Verwertungsleistungen. Die Rahmenvereinbarung hat eine Laufzeit von vier Jahren; die Einzelleasingverträge laufen jeweils 36 Monate.
