Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist ein Leasing-Rahmenvertrag über die Bereitstellung von Fahrrädern im Wege des Leasings (Teilamortisierungsleasings) zum Zwecke der Überlassung an Beschäftigte zur dienstlichen und privaten Nutzung samt allgemeiner Leasingbedingungen. Zusätzlicher Gegenstand sind Versicherungs-, Schulungs- und Serviceleistungen (insbesondere Abwicklung der Bestell-, Rückgabe- und Schadenabwicklungsprozesse, Wartung und Reparatur, Störfallmanagement und Bereitstellung eines Online-Portals). Der Leasingnehmer schließt mit den Beschäftigten entsprechende Überlassungsverträge ab, die u.a. die Entgeltumwandlung regeln. Die Einzelheiten entnehmen Sie dem separaten Leistungsverzeichnis im Anhang.
