Description

Der Landkreis Ludwigsburg beabsichtigt, im Rahmen eines Kaufes, die Beschaffung eines neuen Einsatzleitwagen 2 (ELW 2). Das Fahrzeug muss auf einem Straßenfahrgestell aufgebaut sein. Zum Zeitpunkt der Auslieferung muss das Fahrzeug dem neuesten Stand der Technik, sowie den folgend aufgeführten Bestimmungen entsprechen. Die Ausführungsbedingungen der Normen sind zwingend einzuhalten und der Normenbezug ist zu bescheinigen. Die Leistungsbeschreibung ergänzt die Ausführungen der Normen: - DIN 1846-1 /-2 - E DIN14502-2 und DIN 14502-3 - DIN SPEC 14507-3:2014-06 - StVZO - EN 50173 Anwendungsneutrale Verkabelungssysteme - Technische Richtlinie BOS (TR BOS) - EG-Richtlinien / EG-Normen - VDE-Normen - KfZ-EMV Richtlinie (KfZ-EMV Richtlinie Richtlinie 2014/30/EU und EMVG in der aktuellen Fassung) - Unfallverhütungsvorschriften (UVV) - Richtlinie des Innenministeriums Baden-Württemberg - sonstiger geltender Vorschriften und anerkannten Regeln der Technik, sowie den Auflagen der zugrunde liegenden Zustimmung zum vorzeitigen Maßnahmenbeginn bzw. dem Förderbescheid sowie nachfolgend näher beschriebenen Ausstattung und Ausrüstung.
