Description

Die Stadt Ravensburg saniert das Hallenbad Eschach. Das Gesamtareal mit der Ste-fan-Rahl Schule, der Mehrzweckhalle und dem Hallenbad wird durch die zentrale Wär-meversorgungsanlage im Unterschoss des Hallenbades mit Wärme versorgt. Nach Abschluss der Sanierung soll die Wärmeversorgung dieses Areals durch einen externen Dienstleister erfolgen. Nach der Sanierung steht für die Wärmeerzeugung auf dem Gesamtareal kein Platz zur Errichtung einer Heizzentrale zur Verfügung. Die Stadt Ravensburg - vertreten durch den Eigenbetrieb Ravensburger Verkehrs- und Versorgungsbetrieb - benötigt daher zur Abdeckung des Bedarfs an ökologischer Wärmeenergie für den Zeitraum vom 01.06.2027 bis zum 30.05.2037 - mit zwei fünfjäh-rigen Verlängerungsoptionen - einen Wärmeliefervertrag durch Wärmecontracting. Ge-genstand der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung von ökologisch erzeugter Wärmeenergie an die Abnahmestelle im Hallenbad Eschach zur Versorgung des Gesamtareal inklusi-ve der optionalen Versorgung der Vereinsräume des TSV Oberzell nach der folgenden Darstellung und Auflistung der Anschlussobjekte durch einen Contractor, welcher die Planung, Finanzierung, Errichtung und Betrieb der Heizzentrale und die Wärmelieferung übernimmt. Für die Errichtung der Heizzentrale muss der Contractor ein geeignetes Grundstück im Rahmen der Angebotsphase nachweisen.
