Ausgeschrieben werden Unterhalts- und Sonderreinigungen in Los 1 sowie Glas-/Rahmenreinigung in Los 2. Die Leistungen fallen in zwei Losen an. Die Aufteilung der Lose ist unter mengenmäßigen, örtlichen und fachlichen Gesichtspunkten erfolgt. Details zu Intervallen, Arten und Umfängen der zu erbrin-genden Leistungen sind der Leistungsbeschreibung nebst Anlagen insbesondere den Preisblättern zu entnehmen. Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor, die zu reinigenden Flächen und Intervalle ohne neues Vergabeverfahren im Rahmen des § 132 GWB Abs. 2 bis 4 zu erhöhen und/oder zu reduzieren. Die Abgabe von Angeboten kann für ein Los oder beide Lose erfolgen. Innerhalb der Lose sind je-doch alle Objekte mit allen Einzelleistungen anzubieten. Die Vergabe der Leistungen erfolgt je Los. Die Einzelvergabe von Objekten ist nicht vorgesehen. Das Los 1 umfasst Unterhalts- und Sonderreinigungen in diversen Objekten der Stadt Premnitz. Die Grundfläche der Objekte beträgt ca. 12.500 m². Die jährliche Reinigungsfläche der Objekte beträgt ca. 1.890.000 m².; Das Los 2 umfasst die Glas-/Rahmenreinigung. Die Glasfläche (lichtes Rohbaumaß, einseitig gemessen) der Objekte beträgt ca. 4.330 m². Die Flächen sind in der Regel zweimal jährlich beidseitig und inkl. Rahmen zu reinigen.
