Description

Gegenstand dieser Leistungsbeschreibung sind sämtliche WDVS-Arbeiten einschließlich aller erforderlichen Vor-, Neben- und Nacharbeiten im Außenbereich. Die Ausführung der WDVS-Arbeiten erfolgt entsprechend dem Baufortschritt. Das Grundstück liegt am östlichen Ortsrand von Baunach. Es wird über die Bahnhofstraße angefahren. Eingegrenzt wird das Gelände im Norden vom Bahnhof Baunach, im Nordwesten von der Bahnhofstraße, im Osten von der Bahnlinie und im Süden vom Sportplatz. Adresse: Bahnhof Str. 15, 96148 Baunach Grundstück: Flur Nr. 2240 Grundstücksfläche: 7653 m² Grundfläche geplantes Gebäude: 2394 m² Grundfläche geplantes Gebäude + befestigte Außenanlagen: 5096 m² BGF: 3045 m² BRI: 19.400 m³ Konstruktion der Wände, Stützen und Decken in Stahlbeton, Gründung durchgehende Stahlbetonplatte, teilweise Mauerwerkswände im Inneren, Hallendeckenkonstruktion und Konstruktion über dem Foyer-Bereich als Stahltragwerk auf Betonstützen, Deckung auf der Stahlkonstruktion, Trapezblech mit Aufbau für extensive Begrünung. WDVS-Verkleidung an der Außenfassade z. T in gebogener Form. Malerarbeiten zusätzlich im Innenbereich.
