Description

Das Bauvorhaben umfasst den Neubau eines Gebäudes auf dem Gelände der BG Klinik Ludwigshafen. Der Neubau umfasst eine Physiotherapie-Akademie, den Hörsaal, die Erweiterung des Skills- und Simulationszentrums sowie des Ausbildungszentrums und eine Rettungswache. Gegenstand dieser Leistungsbeschreibung ist das Schließen der Gebäudehülle des Neubaus Rettungswache inkl. Schulungszentrum an der BG Klinik in Ludwigshafen, mit Fenstern und Pfosten-Riegel-Fassaden sowie die Bekleidung mit einer vorgehängten hinterlüfteten Metallfassade. Die Leistungsbeschreibung beinhaltet im Einzelnen: - Statische Nachweise; - Bauphysikalische Nachweise; - Werk -und Montageplanung; - Bemusterungen; - Aluminium-Fenster; - Aluminium-Pfosten-Riegel-Fassade inkl. Einsatzelemente; - vorgehängte hinterlüftete Metallfassade; - Sonnenschutzanlagen; - Schutz- und Reinigungsarbeiten
