Gegenstand der ausgeschriebenen Leistung ist der Abschluss von mehreren Rahmenvereinbarungen (max. 3 je Los) über die Lieferung und Anmietung von Schmalspurgeräteträgern, nachfolgend MZ und MC bezeichnet, verteilt über einen Zeitraum von 4 Jahren gemäß Beschreibung der Anforderungen an die Leistungen in den beigefügten Leistungsparametern und Vertragsbedingungen. Rahmenvereinbarung über den Kauf von ca. 50 Schmalspurgeräteträger MC innerhalb der Vertragslaufzeit, inklusive erstem Abruf über 18 Schmalspurgeräteträgern MC.; Rahmenvereinbarung über den Kauf von ca. 50 Schmalspurgeräteträgern MZ innerhalb der Vertragslaufzeit, inklusive erstem Abruf über 25 Schmalspurgeräteträgern MZ.; Rahmenvereinbarung über die Anmietung von bis zu 3 Schmalspurgeräteträgern, innerhalb der Vertragslaufzeit. Für dieses Los ist eine maximale Gesamtmietdauer in Höhe von 60 Monaten geplant.
