Ostwache, Neubau einer Rettungswache; Bodenbelags- und Estricharbeiten Die Stadt Kiel beabsichtigt einen Neubau für die Rettungswache Ost mit einem Büroteil für den vorbeugenden Brandschutz. Die Gebäudeabmessungen betragen ca. 49,50 / 20,5 m. Eine Unterkellerung des Gebäudes ist nicht vorgesehen. Die Bruttogrundfläche beträgt ca. 936 m2. Die Traufhöhe liegt bei 9,83m. Die Gründung erfolgt auf baugrundverbessernde Schottersäulen mit einer Lastverteilungsschicht. Das Gebäude ist in Massiv-Bauweise vorgesehen. Das Dach erhält eine Stahlbaukonstruktion mit Trapezblech, teilweise auch in Stahlbeton. Die Fassaden sind aus Klinkermauerwerk und vorgehängten Metallpaneelen vorgesehen. Hauptmassen zur Veröffentlichung zum Leistungsverzeichnis Estrich- u. Bodenbelagsarbeiten 588 m² Untergrund reinigen, grobe Verschmutzung 566 m² Wärmedämmschicht EPS 0,035W/(mK) D 40 - 50 mm 566 m² Trittschalldämmschicht PS-Hartschaum EPS 3kN/m2 30-3mm 15-20 MN/m3 DES 566 m² CT-C35-F4 Zementestrich als schwimmender Estrich d= 65-75 mm, 3-5kN 582 m² Kautschukbelag in Platten 1.004x502mm, d=3,5mm, R10 440 m Sockelleiste Kautschuk 1tlg Dichtlippe H 55-60mm
