Für den Neubau eines 4-zügigen Gymnasiums mit Sporthalle und Freianlagen in Herrsching benötigt der Landkreis Starnberg folgende Leistung: Estrich inkl. Hohlboden. Durch die unkoordinierte Bauausführung, seitens der Architekten, muss der Boden erneut geschlossen werden. Der Boden wurde geöffnet, da andere Firmen noch Leistungen ausführen müssen. Da die Schließung des Bodens technisch zum Werkerfolg erforderlich waren, sind die Leistungen zusätzlich notwendig.
