Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die fachgerechte Ausführung von Estricharbeiten (einschließlich Sichtestrich mit Oberflächenbehandlung), Bodenaufbauten mit Dämm- und Abdichtungsmaßnahmen sowie die Verlegung von Bodenbelägen (Linoleum, Kork) im gesamten Gebäude des Rundfunkmuseums. Eingeschlossen sind vorbereitende Untergrundarbeiten, Fugen- und Randausbildungen, sowie begleitende Stundenlohnarbeiten nach VOB/C. Die folgenden Leistungen werden in etwa folgenden Mengen ausgeschrieben (gerundet): - Untergrundvorbereitung und Dämmarbeiten: ca. 1.400 m² - Estricharbeiten: ca. 1.000 m² inkl. Fugen- und Winkelprofilen - Oberflächenbehandlung Sichtestrich: ca. 310 m² - Bodenbelagsarbeiten (Kork, Linoleum): ca. 1.200 m² - Sockelleisten / Treppenstufenbearbeitung: ca. 950 m/m bzw. 130 Stufen Diese Angaben dienen der groben Orientierung und ersetzen nicht das Leistungsverzeichnis.
