Description

Bei dem Projekt Erlebniswelt Deutsches Optisches Museum handelt es sich um die Sanierung des denkmalgeschützten Bestandsgebäudes der ehemaligen Optiker Schule und einen sich dem Bestandsgebäude angliedernden Neubau. In der ehemaligen Optikerschule werden Ausstellungsräume hergestellt. Der Neubau übernimmt barrierefreie Erschließung des Bestandsgebäudes sowie öffentliche Funktionen und Nebenfunktionen, die für den Betrieb eines Museumsbau, erforderlich sind. Auftraggeber der Maßnahme ist die Stiftung Deutsches Optisches Museum: - Estrichflächen Bestand ca. 950 m2 - Estrichflächen Neubau ca. 2.210 m2
