Aufbau, Abbau und Gebrauchsüberlassung von ca. 4.900m² Standgerüst und Dachfanggerüst Aufbau, Abbau und Gebrauchsüberlassung von 2.850m² längenorientiertes Standgerüst L180m 1.500m² längenorientiertes Standgerüst L115m 320m² längenorientiertes Standgerüst L 35m 330m Dachfanggerüst Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die vollständige Planung, Lieferung, Montage, Vorhaltung, Unterhaltung und den Rückbau sämtlicher erforderlicher Gerüstkonstruktionen für Institutsgebäude, Verbindungsbauwerk und Prüfhalle gemäß Leistungsverzeichnis, Ausführungsunterlagen und den einschlägigen Regelwerken. Als projektspezifische Besonderheit ist zu berücksichtigen, dass Teile der Gebäudehülle als integrierter Wartungsgang Bestandteil der Fassade ausgebildet sind. Dieser Wartungsgang ist bei der Gerüstplanung, den Abständen zur Fassade, den Lastannahmen sowie bei Auf- und Umbauphasen zwingend zu berücksichtigen und in die Ausführung einzubeziehen. Die Gerüste sind für Fassaden-, Dach- und Montagearbeiten herzustellen und so auszubilden, dass eine sichere Nutzung durch Folgegewerke gewährleistet ist.
