Description

Der Markt Schöllkrippen beabsichtigt den Ersatzneubau einer Kultur- und Sporthalle. Die Zweifeldhalle wird für den Schul- und Vereinssport sowie für kulturelle Veranstaltungen genutzt. Die Halle kann mittels Trennvorhängen in zwei separat nutzbare Hallenhälften geteilt werden. Für Sportturniere steht eine feste Tribünenanlage mit Platz für ca. 200 Zuschauer zur Verfügung. Zur multifunktionalen Nutzbarkeit wird die Halle zusätzlich als Versammlungsstätte für Veranstaltungen mit bis zu 800 Besuchern ausgebildet. Die VE 03 „Zimmerer- und Holzbauarbeiten“ umfasst das weitspannende Hallentragwerk, dessen beide Hauptbinder über ca. 33,5m spannen. Die gesamte Dachfläche wird mittels akustisch-wirksamen Holzflächenelementen ausgebildet, auch im Bereich des Vordachs auf der Ostseite mit Außenstützen. Im Erdgeschoss werden in weiten Teilen oberflächenfertige Brettsperrholzwände angeordnet. Das Gebäude wird ist als Hybridkonstruktion errichtet. Das in das Gelände geschobene Untergeschoss wird als massive Stahlbetonkonstruktion ausgeführt. Darauf setzt sich im Erdgeschoss ein Holzbau.
