Description

Neuabschluss von einem Erdgasliefervertrag für den Zeitraum 2027-2028 mit Möglichkeit der Vertragsverlängerung bei Nichtkündigung des Liefervertrages für das Lieferjahr 2029 Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung von Gas im Zeitraum vom 01.01.2027 bis 31.12.2028 mit Möglichkeit der Vertragsverlängerung bei Nichtkündigung für das Lieferjahr 2029: Spotmarktlieferung von Erdgas an eine RLM-Abnahmestelle des Fachbereichs Sport und Freizeit Mannheim (Kombibad Herzogenried Blockheizkraftwerk). Für den Optionszeitraum soll die Möglichkeit bestehen, das Gas am Spotmarkt (100 %) oder optional per Mischmodell am Terminmarkt / Spotmarkt (je 50 %) zu beschaffen. Ausgeschrieben wird die Gaslieferung inklusive Netznutzung als All-inclusive-Gaslieferung gemäß Muster-Gasliefervertrag Spot für 2 Jahre mit einer Verlängerungsoption für ein Jahr bei Nichtkündigung. Das ausgeschriebene Liefervolumen pro Jahr beträgt nach Prognose der Vergabestelle ca. 4.312.500 kWh.
