Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung von Erdgas für die Stadt Wassenberg in Nordrhein-Westfalen. Art und Umfang der Leistung ergeben sich aus der Leistungsbeschreibung sowie den weiteren Vergabeunterlagen. Der Lieferzeitraum beginnt am 01.01.2027, 06:00 Uhr und endet am 01.01.2029, 06:00 Uhr. Der Lieferzeitraum beträgt somit zwei Jahre. Der konkrete Lieferbeginn einzelner Abnahmestellen kann vom genannten Lieferzeitraum abweichen. Maßgeblich sind insoweit die Angaben in der Leistungsbeschreibung sowie deren Anlagen (insbesondere die Abnahmestellenübersicht). Sofern in der Leistungsbeschreibung oder deren Anlagen keine abweichende Regelung getroffen ist, gilt als Beginn der Belieferung der jeweilige Lieferstart zum 01.01.2027, 06:00 Uhr.
