Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung von Erdgas für diverse Abnahmestellen niedersächsischer Kommunen, Verbände und kommunaler Eigenbetriebe im Landkreis Oldenburg. Art und Umfang der Leistung ergeben sich aus der Leistungsbeschreibung sowie den weiteren Vergabeunterlagen. Der Lieferzeitraum beginnt am 01.01.2027, 06:00 Uhr und endet am 01.01.2029, 06:00 Uhr. Der Lieferzeitraum beträgt somit zwei Jahre. Der konkrete Lieferbeginn einzelner Abnahmestellen kann vom genannten Lieferzeitraum abweichen. Maßgeblich sind insoweit die Angaben in der Leistungsbeschreibung sowie deren Anlagen (insbesondere die Abnahmestellenübersicht). Sofern in der Leistungsbeschreibung oder deren Anlagen keine abweichende Regelung getroffen ist, gilt als Beginn der Belieferung der jeweilige Lieferstart zum 01.01.2027, 06:00 Uhr. Die Belieferung umfasst insgesamt ca. 350 Abnahmestellen. Der prognostizierte Referenzverbrauch beträgt: • für das Jahr 2027: 37.617.280 kWh/a • für das Jahr 2028: 37.623.540 kWh/a Gestehungsvorgaben hinsichtlich des Ausschreibungsgegenstand werden nicht gemacht. Zu näheren Einzelheiten wird auf die Ausführungen in der Leistungsbeschreibung verwiesen. Die Abnahmestellen wurden von der ausschreibenden Stelle in einem Los zusammengefasst.
