Beschaffung und Einführung eines Kommunikationstools als Webanwendung mit Intranetfunktionalität
Beschaffung und Einführung einer neuen Software-Lösung zur Steuerung der internen Kommunikation, die auch ein Intranet umfasst, einschließlich zugehöriger Dienstleistungen. Der Auftragnehmer soll dabei folgende Leistungen erbringen: 1. Lieferung und Überlassung der Software 2. Installation der Software 3. Customizing, Konfiguration und Branding 4. Wartung und Pflege 5. Beratungsleistungen in Zusammenhang mit der Einführung, insbesondere Datenmigration und Nutzung der Software 6. Schulungsleistungen 7. Weiterentwicklung der Software
