Die Abbildung der betriebswirtschaftlichen Prozesse und Anlagenbestände innerhalb von SAP erfolgt in zwei getrennten Buchungskreisen (GSI/FAIR) Das Anlagenvolumen beider Gesellschaften beläuft sich derzeit auf etwa 22 Tausend Hauptanlagen. Zusätzlich streben wir die Optimierung der Logistikprozesse an. Diese zielt auf die vollständige Digitalisierung und Automatisierung der Lagerverwaltung ab. Hierzu ist die Implementierung einer mobilen Scannerlösung (MDE-Geräte) geplant, die eng mit den Modulen SAP MM/WM/PM integriert ist. Wareneingang: Digitale Erfassung und automatisierte Verbuchung (MIGO) mit Unterstützung für OCR zur Dokumentenerkennung. 2. Lagerbewegungen: Effiziente Abwicklung von Kommissionierung, Warenausgang und Umlagerungen (inkl. PM-Meldungen für Technische Plätze). 3. Inventur: Durchführung der digitalen Lagerinventur (LI01N) sowie der Bestands- und Lagerplatzkontrolle für die Technischen Objekte (CIDs). 4. Warenausgang: Das System muss Warenausgänge sowohl für MM/WM (Transaktion MIGO) als auch für SD (Versand/Auslieferung) unterstützen.
