Verhandlungsverfahren ohne Aufruf zum Wettbewerb Die KRB fördert entsprechend des Gesellschaftsvertrages räumliche Infrastruktur für Künstler*innen der Freien Szene Berlin und ist operative Trägerin des Arbeitsraumprogramms des Landes Berlin. Im Arbeitsprogramm wird der Zweck der Förderung räumlicher Infrastruktur operationalisiert. Seit April 2023 hat die KRB zu diesem Zweck eine digitale Plattform (im Folgenden DigiLand) produktiv in Nutzung, die sie bei der Wahrnehmung ihrer durch den Gesellschaftsvertrag vorgegebenen Aufgaben unterstützt. Über Digiland werden u.a. folgende Prozesse organisiert: - Abwicklung des Bewerbungs- und Vergabeverfahrens von Räumlichkeiten der KRB - Vertragsmanagement - Mietcontrolling Die Plattform weist aktuell noch Unzulänglichkeiten und Ergänzungsbedarfe auf. Um diese Lücken zu schließen und die Plattform vollständig an die Bedarfe der Praxis anzupassen, beabsichtigt die KRB nun, die Plattform um weitere technische und funktionale Erweiterungen zu ergänzen.
