Description

Das Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt betreibt die Nationale Zertifizierungsstelle (NCA) im Kontext des europäischen Tachographensystems (Public-Key-Infrastructure, sichere Verteilung von symmetrischen und asymmetrischen Schlüsseln) für den Mitgliedsstaat Deutschland. Das eingesetzte System wird als Gesamtsystem betrieben und umfasst neben Hard- und Standard-Software auch Individualsoftware. Die angestrebte Weiterentwicklung/Teilerneuerung beruht auf dem Umstand, dass das eingesetzte System das Ende des Wartungszeitraumes erreicht. Sowohl Hardware als auch Software (z.B. Betriebssysteme, Datenbanksysteme oder Java Versionen) sind auf den aktuellen Stand der Technik zu bringen, um weiterhin die Kompatibilität und damit die Betriebssicherheit zu gewährleisten. Ebenso sind Anforderungen des BSI mit einer neuen Version des Gesamtsystems umzusetzen bzw. zu implementieren.
