Description

Gegenstand der Dienstleistung ist die Konzeption, Entwicklung, Implementierung, Inbetriebnahme sowie die Erstoptimierung eines KI-gestützten, multimodalen Besucher-Guides für den Einsatz im touristischen Besucherbetrieb der Westfälischer Zoologischer Garten Münster GmbH. Die Leistung des Auftragnehmers umfasst den vollständigen Projektlebenszyklus von der Konzeption über Entwicklung, Pilotierung und Rollout bis hin zum produktiven Betrieb einschließlich Support-, Monitoring-, Sicherheits-, Optimierungs- und Betriebsleistungen. Die KI-Technologie ist das Herzstück des Projektes SKADI. Sie soll als digitales System Funktionen wie barrierefreie Kommunikation und präzise Navigation auf kleinstem Raum beinhalten. Neben der Stärkung der Barrierefreiheit und Digitalisierung trägt das System durch seine Funktion als digitales Lernangebot dazu bei, wichtige Themen wie Nachhaltigkeit und Artenschutz zu vermitteln - auf regionaler und internationaler Basis. Des Weiteren analysiert das System mithilfe künstlicher Intelligenz und Machine-Learning-Algorithmen das Nutzerverhalten und schlägt basierend auf Vorlieben sowie aktuellen Standortdaten passende Erlebnisse vor. Außerdem ermöglicht das System durch die Integration der spezifisch genannten Quellen die Vernetzung von touristischen / naturkundlichen Angeboten. NutzerInnen können nicht nur individuelle Informationen über Tierarten, Lebensräume, Schutzgebiete und Veranstaltungen erhalten, sondern z.B. auch selbst über den digitalen Guide gestalten.
