Gegenstand des Beschaffungsvorhabens ist die Vergabe eines Vertrags zwischen dem Auftraggeber einerseits und einem fachkundigen und leistungsfähigen Auftragnehmer andererseits. a) Inhalt der ausgeschriebenen Leistungen Die Gemeinde überträgt dem Auftragnehmer das Einsammeln und Befördern des im Gemeindegebiet Pullach i. Isartal anfallenden Altpapiers, der Altpappe und der Altkarto-nagen (PPK-Fraktionen), soweit diese von der Abfallwirtschaftssatzung erfasst und nicht vom Einsammeln und Befördern durch die Gemeinde ausgeschlossen sind. Zu den wesentlichen Leistungsgegenständen zählen u.a.: • Abholung (Holsystem) der haushaltsnahen Papiertonnen • Einsammeln des PPK-Abfalls der Wertstoffinseln (Bringsystem) • Einsammeln des PPK-Abfalls auf dem Wertstoffhof b) Vertragsdauer Der Leistungsbeginn ist der 01.02.2027. Der ausgeschriebene Vertrag hat eine Laufzeit von vier Jahren. Es besteht die Möglichkeit der zweimaligen Verlängerung, jeweils um zwei Jahre.
