Description

Das Bayerische Landesamt für Steuern benötigt für das Druck- und Versandzentrum Endlospapier (Vordruck-Nr. 203) insgesamt geschätzt 52.000.000 Blatt über einen Zeitraum von zwei Jahren. Zur Risikominimierung und zur Sicherstellung des Dauerbetriebs werden zwei Bieter den Zuschlag erhalten; die Gesamtmenge wird gleichmäßig auf die beiden Auftragnehmer aufgeteilt. Die Vereinbarung hat eine Mindestlaufzeit von zwei Jahren ab Zuschlag und kann von den Vertragsparteien zweimal um jeweils ein Jahr verlängert werden (max. Laufzeit 4 Jahre). Der Bedarf wird über Teilabrufe gedeckt; Teillieferungen sind mit jeweils mindestens 1.000.000 Blatt geplant. Die geschätzte Jahresabrufmenge beträgt 26.000.000 Blatt. Unter Berücksichtigung aller Verlängerungsoptionen ergibt sich eine Höchstabrufmenge von 104.000.000 Blatt. Ein Anspruch des Auftragnehmers auf Abnahme der Höchstmenge besteht nicht.
