Description

Pforten- und Sicherheitsdienst im Polizeipräsidium Frankfurt am Main Hinweis: Bei dem gegenständlichen Vergabeverfahren handelt es sich um eine kurzfristig erforderliche Interimsvergabe aufgrund eines derzeit laufenden Nachprüfungsverfahrens im OV VG-0437-2025-0263 und der damit im Offenen Verfahren VG-0437-2025-0263 verbundenen Zuschlagssperre. Vertragsgegenstand ist der Sicherheitsdienst (Pforten- und Sicherheitsdienst) auf Grundlage der DIN 77200-1 im Polizeipräsidium Frankfurt am Main Pforte Nord und Süd. Die Leistung umfasst u.a. : - Zugangskontrolle, Besuchermanagement und Abwicklung des Besucherverkehrs: - Zufahrtskontrolle des Fahrzeugverkehrs - Ausführung der Parkplatzreservierungen - Erteilen von Auskünften an Besucherinnen und Besucher - Streifen- und Kontrollgänge innerhalb der Liegenschaft - Überwachung des Geländes über Monitor-, Schranken- und Vereinzelungsanlagen - Überwachung, Kontrolle und Bedienen von Alarmmelde- und Störungsanlagen - Mitwirkung bei Maßnahmen des Arbeits- und Brandschutzes - Entgegennahme und Weiterleitung von Briefsendungen - Ausführung von Beflaggung gemäß dem Hessischen Beflaggungserlass (ca. 12 Beflaggungstermine/Jahr) Der Pfortendienst ist an Pforte Nord an 2 Arbeitsplätzen rund um die Uhr und an Pforte Süd an Arbeitsplatz 1 von Mo. - Fr. von 7:30 bis 15:00 Uhr und Arbeitsplatz 2 von Mo., Di., Do., Fr. von 8:00 bis 20:00 Uhr sowie Mi. von 8:00 bis 18:00 Uhr sicherzustellen. Pro Jahr fallen für den AN ca. 22.500 Arbeitsstunden an. Zusätzlich fallen ca. 52 Arbeitsstunden pro Jahr für den Objektleiter an.
