Die Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Charitéplatz 1, 10117 Berlin, schreibt im Namen der Gene and Cell Therapies Incubator Berlin GmbH (GCT) den Neubau für das Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies aus. Das vorliegende LV beschreibt die Errichtung der Installationen für die Gebäudeautomation in den drei Etagen des Inkubators (GCT) im Laborgebäude " Neubau Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies" Sellerstraße, 13353 Berlin . Das Leistungsverzeichnis beinhaltet die Lieferung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme der folgenden Leistungen: - ca. 120 Stück dezentrale Schaltschränke - ca. 6 Stück zentrale Schaltschränke - Einbindung, Parametrierung und Aufschaltung von ca. 1.550 Datenpunkten (physikalisch und kommunikativ) - ca. 21.000 m Kabel - ca. 800 m Kabeltrasse und Installationsrohr - ca. 3.500 Stück Kabelanschlüsse - Inbetriebnahmen - Schulungen/ Einweisungen - Dokumentation - Interaktionstest Es bestehen gesonderte Anforderungen nach dem Berliner Ausschreibungs- und Vergabegesetz (BerlAVG), siehe Vergabeunterlagen.
