Description

Die Planung sieht den Abriss und Neubau des nordöstlich gelegenen, eingeschossigen Anbaus des Hermann-BlenkSaals und in diesem Zusammenhang die brandschutztechnische Sanierung der übrigen Gebäudeteile sowie die Dach- und Fenstersanierung des Bestandsgebäudes 106 vor. Gegenstand der Vergabe ist die Lieferung, Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Integration von audiovisueller Medientechnik in einem Konferenzsaal, dem anliegenden Foyer sowie zwei Sitzungsräumen. Im Konferenzsaal sollen u. a. bauseitig bereitgestellte Medienmöbel (Rednerpult, mobiler Anschlusscontainer, Regietisch) mit AV-Anschlüssen ausgerüstet werden, drahtlose Mikrofontechnik (2 Handsender, 2 Taschensender inkl. Kopfbügelmikrofone), 4 Deckenmikrofone, 2 Linienstrahllautsprecher, LED-Wand (ca. 730 x 205 cm), 1 Vorschau-Display (32") sowie 3 PTZ-Kameras installiert werden; Lichttechnik (3 Scheinwerfer, 2 LED-Panels) an einer Sonderbau-Rundrohr-Konstruktion sowie barrierefreies Hörsystem via App; zentrale Steuerung über 3 Bedienpanels. Im Foyer: 7 Deckenlautsprecher, 1x 75"-Info-Display, 1 Touchpanel. Sitzungsraum 1: 86"-Touch-Display, 1 PTZ-Kamera, 2 Säulenlautsprecher, 1 Deckenmikrofon, drahtloses Präsentationssystem, AV-Anschluss; 1 Bedienpanel; Sitzungsraum 2: 75"-Touch-Display, Videobar, drahtloses Präsentationssystem; AV-Anschluss, 1 Bedienpanel; Doppelraumnutzung der Sitzungsräume möglich. Streaming vom Konferenzsaal in Foyer und Sitzungsraum 1 möglich. Teile der Haustechnik (z.B. Beleuchtung) sollen über die Mediensteuerung mit gesteuert werden. Alle Systeme sind formschön zu integrieren; Ausführung und Detailabstimmung erfolgen mit Auftraggeber, Fachplanern und Nutzern. Ausführungszeitraum: Beginn: voraussichtlich 16.02.2026 - Fertigstellung: voraussichtlich 10.10.2026 Dauer der Leistung in Werktagen (Mo-Sa): 166 WT
