Rahmenvereinbarung zur Leerwohnungssanierung Die WBM Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Berlin Mitte mbH (nachfolgend WBM) beabsichtigt die Op-timierung der Leerwohnungssanierung. Die Optimierung des bisherigen Modells sieht dabei einen neu strukturierten Leistungskatalog vor, der sowohl die WBM als Auftraggeber, aber auch die Auftragnehmer von prozesshemmender detaillierter Massenerfassung befreien. Die Leistungen werden auf Basis standardisierter Einzelmaßnahmen definiert, die raum- bzw. paketweise zusammen gestellt und abgerufen werden. Geplant ist die Bindung von 3 Auftragnehmern je Los (3 Regionallose), die als Generalunternehmer (GU) sämtliche Teilleistungen für die Fertigstellung der abgerufenen Maßnahmen in Eigen- und/oder Fremdleistung termingerecht erbringen. Der Gesamtbestand aller Lose umfasst ca. 34.500 Wohneinheiten, mit relativer Gleichverteilung je Los. Der Bestand hat einen starken Fokus auf 2 und 3 Zimmer Wohnungen (jeweils über 30 % Anteil in allen Losen). Die Höchstgrenze für die komplette Leistung beträgt 60 Mio EUR netto, davon für Los 16,5 Mio EUR netto, für Los 2 28 Mio EUR netto und für Los 3 15,5 EUR Mio netto..
