Description

Der Wasserverband Aabach-Talsperre beabsichtigt, die marktorientierte Strombeschaffung und -belieferung des gesamten Fremdstrombedarfs in Höhe von voraussichtlich 3,43 GWh/a zu vergeben. Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die Strombeschaffung und -belieferung des gesamten Fremdstrombedarfs in Höhe von voraussichtlich 3,43 GWh/a des Wasserverband Aabach-Talsperre (nachfolgend "WVA") an die in Anlage 1 der Technischen Bieterinformation (Anlage II) aufgeführten Marktlokationen für die Lieferjahre 2027 und 2028 sowie optional für die Lieferjahre 2029 und 2030 mittels einer horizontalen Tranchenbeschaffung als Vollversorgung unter Einbindung der beim WVA in den eigenen Anlagen erzeugten Erneuerbaren Energien. Die eigenen Anlagen umfassen eine Wasserturbine und Photovoltaikanlagen. Die Erzeugung ist bilanziell in die Gesamtstrombelieferung zu integrieren. Dabei soll für die Anlagen die Direktvermarktung übernommen werden. Leistungsbestandteil ist somit die Beschaffung und Belieferung der per Standardlastprofilmessung (SLP) und per registrierender Leistungsmessung (RLM) erfassten Marktlokationen des WVA sowie die Direktvermarktung der zu integrierenden eigenen EE-Anlagen des WVA. Der benötigte Strombedarf der RLM-Abnahmestellen des WVA wird viertelstundenscharf erfasst. Die Zuordnung der Einspeise- und Entnahmemengen erfolgt zum Bilanzkreis des Lieferanten oder einem anderen, von diesem benannten Bilanzkreis. Der bestehende Stromliefervertrag endet zum 30.09.2026, 24:00 Uhr. Lieferbeginn für die ausgeschriebene Leistung ist der 01.10.2026, 00:00 Uhr, Lieferende der 31.12.2028, 24:00 Uhr. Es ist eine zweimalige jährliche Verlängerungsoptionen vorgesehen.
