Description

Lieferung elektrischer Energie für die Abnahmestellen des Abwasserzweckverbandes Heidelberg (Klärwerke Nord und Süd in 69121 bzw. 69123 Heidelberg) Base-/Spot-Beschaffung von ca. 4,6 Mio. kWh an zwei RLM-Abnahmestellen des Abwasserzweckverbands Heidelberg. Für diese gilt "optional": Ein Teil der Menge stammt aus einer eigenen EE-Anlagen. Diese soll in einer "Durchleitung" durch das öffentliche Netz (auch "Bilanzkreismodell" oder "kommunale Selbstversorgung" genannt) genutzt werden und in den Bilanzkreis speisen. Die Menge wird ca. 1,6 GWh/a betragen. Fast die gesamte Menge ist durchzuleiten und der Rest am geeigneten Markt vermarktet werden. Bei Umsetzung eines Bilanzkreismodells (dieses ist optional anzubieten, aber verbindlich) sollen zusätzlich ca. 2,8 GWh Basemenge in 2027 und ca. 4,4 GWh in 2028 ff. gekauft werden. Sollte kein Bilanzkreismodell umgesetzt werden, sind ca. 4,6 GWh in 2027 und ca. 6,2 GWh in 2028 ff. Basemenge gekauft werden.
