Description

Die RAG ist aus energiewirtschaftlicher Sicht ein industrieller Stromverbraucher, der künftig (bis 2030) seine Strombeschaffung durch eigene PV- und Wind-Assets sowie Nutzung vorhandener Nachfrageflexibilität im Kerngeschäft CO2-neutral decken möchte. Mit dieser Ausschreibung soll für den Zeitraum vom 1. Januar 2027 bis zum 31. Dezember 2029 bzw. 2030 mit Option zur Verlängerung bis zum 31. Dezember 2033 Strom vom Markt bezogen werden, Strom aus der Eigenerzeugung vermarktet werden sowie energieversorgungsnahe Leistungen erbracht werden. Der Auftrag wird in zwei Losen vergeben: Das Los 1 umfasst die Stromversorgung der RAG-Abnahmestellen in Mittel-, Hoch- und Höchstspannung und die Direktvermarktung der Erneuerbaren Energien-Anlagen der RAG. Das Los 2 umfasst die Stromversorgung der Abnahmestellen des Unternehmens in Niederspannung (SLP). Die RAG beabsichtigt, parallel zu diesem Vergabeverfahren einen Vertrag für die Erbringung des Portfolio- und Risiko-Management as a Service abzuschließen. Gegenstand dieser Bekanntmachung und Ausschreibung sind die Leistungen des Los 1.
