Description

Auftragsgegenstand ist die Beschaffung eines Unit-Dose-Versorgungssystems inkl. Wartungsvertrag für das Klinikum Lörrach. Die Unit Dose Anlage muss den Bedarf eines Maximalversorgers mit 670 Betten praxistauglich abbilden. Eingesetzt zur individuellen Arzneimittelversorgung von Patienten auf Station (bzw. Entlassern) durch die Krankenhausapotheke. Arzneimittel-Verpackungsautomat (Unitdose) für feste orale Arzneimittel zur Patientenversorgung, basierend auf der elektronischen Verordnung von Arzneimitteln. Das System muss Unitdoses (Einzelverpackungen eines Medikamentes mit der Stückzahl 1 = Singeldose oder mit der Stückzahl >1 = Kombidose) und Multidoses (Zusammenstellung verschiedener Medikamente in einer Verpackungseinheit zu einem Einnahmezeitpunkt) produzieren können. Gefordert wird aus pharmazeutischen, organisatorischen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Gründen eine Komplettlösung zur Abbildung des gesamten Prozesses von der Herstellung der Bulkware (Entblisterung), der patientenindividuellen Neuverblisterung, bis hin zur Videoprüfung und eventueller Reparaturen. Für diese Komplettlösung muss der Lieferant auch einen After-Sales-Service durch geschultes eigenes Personal anbieten.
